Sandhoff Construction is a family owned and operated General Contracting Firm.  We are a 3rd generation builder serving the Bradenton, Sarasota area for over 60 years.

Our Team

David is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction.  While in school he worked for concrete and framing subcontractors gaining hands on experience along with earning his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management.   Before joining Sandhoff Construction, David fine tuned his skills as a Construction Manager with WCI Communities, responsible for all phases of construction on projects including Sun City Center, West Shore Yacht Club in Tampa and the Venetian Golf and River Club in Venice.  He is highly skilled at coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and subcontractors ensuring that all phases of construction run smoothly and efficiently.  David's attention to detail and experience with high-end residential construction is a great asset to Sandhoff Construction.

SoRelle is a Licensed Interior Designer with a passion for creating inviting and beautiful spaces.  Inspired by her grandmother who was also an Interior Designer, SoRelle's career began with remodeling high end condominiums on Longboat Key -Taking outdated spaces and turning them into coastal retreats.  As the residential side of Sandhoff Construction grew she jumped at the opportunity to not only work with clients on the interiors of their homes but also the design of the custom home as a whole.  As the design specialist for Sandhoff Construction SoRelle oversees every project with a discerning eye and a hands-on approach to ensure every client feels comfortable throughout the process and is happy with the final design result.

Bill started working for his Father (Bill, jr) at Sandhoff Construction at the ripe young age of 9 years old. He went from sweeping up job sites to running complete projects by the time he graduated high school.  After serving with the Navy Seabees in Vietnam, Bill returned to continue his education in Building Construction Technology at Manatee Community College.  He then attended University of South Florida.  Not only has Bill played a pivotal role in the development of Sandhoff Construction, he has also been employed by several large Construction Companies as a Project Superintendent.  While working for Turner Construction Co. he oversaw the construction of Tropicana Research Facility, the Tropicana 96oz plant, Moffitt Cancer Center Clinic, Research Facility and Parking Garage,  Clearwater Main Library and The Savoy on Palm in Sarasota.  While working for Waterford Development he supervised the construction of The Palms of Riveria Dunes on Haben Blvd.  Since 2008 Bill and Sons have been working together as Sandhoff Construction on a full time basis carrying on a tradition of excellence started by his Father over 60 years ago. 

John also holds a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management.  As a kid he loved watching his Dad draw plans.  He took Architectural Cad courses all four years of high school.  This fueled a creative passion for construction design.  Over the next 20 years John worked along side his father and grandfather gaining valuable experience in all phases of construction.  As Project Manager He meticulously oversees each residential project - conception through completion, keeping clients informed as their project progresses through each phase.  He is also actively involved in the design development process.  He continues to stay up to date on the latest 3-d cad technology offering our clients a truly realistic view of their finished product before a shovel ever hits the dirt. 

Amber has over 15 years of Operations Management experience. She is responsible for ensuring that the financial side of each project runs smoothly.  She communicates with vendors on a regular basis to make certain that all billing and insurance certificates are in good standing.  Because of her efforts Sandhoff Construction is able to receive excellent pricing on high quality materials, keep precise records of each project, and estimate future projects with accuracy.  Amber is a highly valued member of the Sandhoff Team
