Sandhoff Construction is a family owned and operated General Contracting Firm.  We are a 3rd generation builder and our company has been serving the Tampa Bay area for over 55 years.

David Sandhoff

After serving with the Navy Seabees in Vietnam, Bill returned to continue his education in Building Construction Technology at Manatee Community College.  He then attended University of South Florida.  Sandhoff Construction Co. Inc. was established in 1976 and specialized in Commercial and Residential Construction for over 30 years.  Bill also worked for several large Construction Companies as a Project Superintendent.  While working for Turner Construction Co. he oversaw the construction of Tropicana Research Facility, the Tropicana 96oz plant, Moffitt Cancer Center Clinic, Research Facility and Parking Garage,  Clearwater Main Library and The Savoy on Palm in Sarasota.  While working for Waterford Development he supervised the construction of The Palms of Riveria Dunes on Haben Blvd. In 2008 Bill and sons restarted Sandhoff Construction on a full time basis providing both residential and commercial construction services.

David is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction.  While in school he worked for concrete and framing subcontractors gaining hands on experience along with earning his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management.   Before joining Sandhoff Construction, David was employed as a Construction Manager for WCI Communities responsible for all phases of construction on projects such as Sun City Center, West Shore Yacht Club in Tampa and Venetian Golf and River Club in Venice.  David's attention to detail and experience with high-end residential construction is a great asset to Sandhoff Construction.

John Sandhoff

John has 17 years of construction experience. He is a graduate of Everglades University in Sarasota with a degree in Construction Management.  He is experienced in all phases of construction as well as in CAD design.  He continues to stay up to date with the latest technology offering our clients a truly realistic view of  the finished project before a shovel ever hits the dirt.

SoRelle Sandhoff

SoRelle Sandhoff is a Licensed Interior Designer with a passion for creating inviting and beautiful spaces.  Her career began with remodeling high end condominiums on Longboat Key, taking outdated spaces and turning them into coastal retreats.  As the residential side of Sandhoff Construction grew she jumped at the opportunity to not only work with clients on the interiors of their homes but also the design of the custom home as a whole.  From residential makeovers to new homes, SoRelle is passionate about the environments she creates.  As the design specialist SoRelle oversees every project with a discerning eye and a hands-on approach to ensure every client feels comfortable throughout the process and is happy with the final design result.
